Concept: Named after the reed pen — the scribe's tool, the mark-maker — Qalm is Muzmun's founding piece and the signature that started it all. The calligraphic form you see is the word itself, rendered as the object it names. A feather that is also a letter. A letter that is also a feather.

For centuries, the qalm was the instrument through which scholars, poets, and artists translated thought into permanence. This piece pays homage to that lineage — the first mark, placed with intention, from which everything else follows.
